Special fitness coaching class now offered! Fitness Coaching with Dorian – build and maintain athletic abilities, strength, endurance, flexibility and overall reach functional fitness. The small group classes will target specific areas of the body through proper usage of a wide range of equipment in the gym including machines and free weights. This class is appropriate for a wide range of fitness levels. It is designed to promote strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth, and excess fat loss. YMCA membership required.
