Introducing YMCA Instructor:
Bring everything to the floor and sweat it out with Vol! She started her fitness journey seriously back in 2018 and fell in love with building the best and strongest version of herself. Four years later and a hundred pounds lighter, she is still working hard towards that goal and invite you to sweat it out alongside! She has participated in STRONG Nation’s high intensity interval training classes for several years and recently earned the instructor certification to bring this exciting cardio and strength work to you. When not teaching, Vol is a full-time social worker and graduate student working towards her Master’s in Social Work.
