Event Services Program

The Island of Hawai’i YMCA is seeking individuals, teams or organizations interested in a fundraising opportunity through the YMCA’s event support services. This opportunity involves setting up tables and chairs prior to the event and teardown and cleanup after the event.

Details will be reviewed at a mandatory orientation meeting. Staging teams will receive full training, including procedures, supplies and expectations.

Payment will be issued following satisfactory completion of the work to the primary contact listed on the application.

Mandatory meeting – Wednesday Nov. 5, 2025: 5PM – 7PM @YMCA
Orientation and training – Sunday Nov. 16, 2025: 3PM – 6PM @YMCA

Once your application is received, our YMCA team will review it and email you the requirements, policies and procedures. If your application is approved, you will be invited to attend a mandatory orientation meeting, where we will go over the rules and procedures for each staging and teardown event.
