Fees are as follows: ● Search and Retrieval – $50 Flat Fee ● Review, Segregation, Redaction – $50/hour (15-minute increments) ● Production of hard copy documentation – $2 per page ● If applicable shipping/postage – $5.00 Flat Rate ● Documents requested with less than 48-hour notice – $100 Flat Fee YMCA RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR DOCUMENTS The YMCA will respond to you within 10 business days from the date it receives your request; however, in extenuating circumstances, the YMCA may respond within 20 business days from the date of your request. The YMCA will provide an estimate of fees to Requester before any request for documents is fulfilled. Requester shall submit payment in advance of YMCA producing documentation. FEES FOR COURT APPEARANCE Fees for production of documents for Subpoena Duces Tecum shall follow guidelines listed above in “Fees for Processing FVC Documents” section. ● Court appearance: $200/hour Billable time begins 30 minutes prior to court hearing time & includes time waiting for hearing to start. Billable time includes time waiting at courthouse including cancellation and/or postponement of hearing. ● Travel time: $50/hour Travel time begins from departure at YMCA to courthouse one-way and from courthouse to YMCA. ● Mileage: $0.75 cents per mile Mileage begins from YMCA to courthouse one-way and from courthouse to YMCA. Payment accepted in forms of cash, certified or bank check, money order or credit cards. No personal checks accepted. Payable to: Island of Hawaiʻi YMCA
