HALLOWEEN FEST AGENCY STAMP ROW APPLICATION

Setup & Booth Requirements
- Agency check-in and setup times will be assigned. All booths must be fully set up and ready for our community by 4:00 PM.
- Agencies may unload in designated area and park in the vacant lot next door to the YMCA.
- Each Agency is asked to stay for the entirety of the Carnival
- Each Agency will have a 10’x10′ area.
- Agencies must provide their own tables, chairs, battery-operated lighting, game props, decorations, and supplies.
- Agencies are welcome to hand out brochures, mini-info sheets and agency swag, candy or goodies.
- Each Agency is responsible for removing all trash and belongings from YMCA property following the event.
Stamp Row Activity
The Island of Hawaiʻi YMCA will provide each child (ages 2-18) with one Stamp Row Card after they visit the YMCA ESD Prevention (Electronic Smoking Device) Booth. Only one stamp card will be issued per child.
Agency Booth Responsibilities:
- Encourage participation by having each child complete a simple activity, such as:
- Playing a game
- Answering a question related to your agency
- Participating in a hands-on activity
- Agency will stamp the card after the child successfully completes the activity at your booth. YMCA will provide each agency booth with stampers.
Prize Redemption:
- Children who fill their stamp row card may redeem it for $10.00 worth of carnival tickets at any YMCA ticket Booth.
Event Conduct
All Agencies are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event. This is a family-friendly event. The following are strictly prohibited on YMCA property during the event:
- Smoking
- Vaping
- Alcohol
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Unruly behavior
Anyone found in violation of these policies will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
