HALLOWEEN FEST TRUNK OR TREAT APPLICATION

Participants are encouraged to decorate their vehicle and wear family-friendly costumes to help create a fun and festive atmosphere.

Trunk or Treat decorating contest! The most creative and festive trunk displays will receive awesome prizes.

Trunk or Treat Requirements

Participant check-in and setup times will be assigned. All booths must be fully set up and ready for Trick-O-Treaters by 4:00 PM.
Participant may setup one (1) pop-up tent (10’–13’) extending from vehicle.
Participants must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and battery-operated lighting.
Participants are kindly asked to provide candy, treats, or goodie bags for the keiki attending the event to last all night.
Non-Trunk Or Treat Vehicle(s) will park in the vacant lot next door to the YMCA.
Participants are responsible for removing all trash and belongings from YMCA property following the event.
Each booth will receive one 6-month free YMCA gym membership.

Event Conduct

All Trunk or Treat Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event.

This is a family-friendly event. The following are strictly prohibited on YMCA property during the event:

Anyone found in violation of these policies will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
