My name is Lopaka and I have a passion for trying to live a healthier, better quality life. I have learned that through exercise it is achievable. I feel that with regular exercise we will be able to be more mobile and strong into our late adult years. I lost myself after high school and got up to 255 lbs. Getting back into working out regularly for the past two years I have brought my weight down to about 230 lbs, and look forward to gaining more lean muscle and losing body fat. Join me and let’s chase down our fitness goals together.
