Aloha, My name is Shara Miranda and I’m a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor here at the YMCA. I like to incorporate functional exercises and movements to benefit you in your everyday life. In my classes all ages and levels are able to participate as we use a variety of equipment and machines focusing on cardio, strength, endurance, mobility, and balance.
