WHAT WE OFFER:
- STRENGTH & CONDITIONING-THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED TO INCREASE PHYSICAL STRENGTH THROUGH WEIGHT-BEARING AND RESISTANCE EXERCISES. ALL MAJOR MUSCLE GROUPS ARE WORKED FROM HEAD TO TOE. COMBINATIONS INCLUDE CARDIO AND RESISTANCE WORK TO AN ENERGETIC BEAT. (1 HR -LIMIT 20 TEENS – MEET IN MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM) 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM
- POWER TRAINING-THIS CLASS COMBINES TRADITIONAL STRENGTH EXERCISES AND FUNCTIONAL TRAINING MOVES, UTILIZING A BARBELL, WEIGHT PLATES AND YOUR BODY WEIGHT TO MAKE YOU FITTER AND STRONGER. HIGH-REP TRAINING AND ATHLETIC MOVEMENTS ARE KEY COMPONENTS OF THIS RESULTS-DRIVEN WORKOUT. (1 HR – LIMIT 4 TEENS – MEET IN FITNESS CENTER) 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- TEEN BUILDING & TRAINING- INDIVIDUALIZED COACHING, TRAINING & GUIDANCE INCLUDE BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES, FREE WEIGHTS AND A VARIETY OF GYM EQUIPMENT. GOAL OF THIS CLASS IS TO BUILD MUSCULAR ENDURANCE. (45 MIN – LIMIT: 2 TEENS – MEET IN FITNESS CENTER) 5:15 PM; 6:15 PM; 7:15 PM
